The Emerald Center Multi-County Board for Disabilities and Special Needs is a unique operation in that we are a multi-county consortium working together to provide quality programs in a fiscal manner.

We provide a full spectrum of services offered by the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs. We are committed and excited to be a part of the Person Centered System which will help people determine their own future. This web page is an integral part of making our services available. You will see on this site a wealth of information about Emerald Center and the services we provide.
